Orders Liaison

Schedule:

Monday to Friday, daytime business hours (on-site) The Order Liaison is responsible for managing and processing orders across assigned locations, ensuring timely physician signatures and accurate documentation. This role builds strong relationships with physician offices and partners closely with Business Development to resolve pending orders. The Order Liaison also monitors daily and weekly reporting to ensure processes are followed and participates in regular team and regional meetings. In this role, you will: Process and track pending orders, ensuring timely physician signatures Pull and review daily reports to monitor order status and workflow compliance Conduct follow-up with physician offices and Business Development to resolve outstanding orders Perform quality assurance checks on physician communication and fax delivery methods Maintain and present weekly reports to regional teams Participate in monthly department meetings and weekly regional meetings Communicate updates and delegate changes related to physician orders to appropriate team members Qualifications Experience in healthcare, customer service, client relations, or a related field Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proficient with office technology, including Microsoft Office Bilingual in Spanish preferred (not required) Why Angels of Care In addition to our great benefits, we offer a fun and supportive culture rooted in our values of Heart, Advocacy, Love, Outreach, and Speed (HALOS).
