Full Job Description Overview:
The Case Management Supervisor provides supervision and oversight to assigned case managers in the foster care program.

Responsibilities:
Other duties may be assigned as necessary. Supervise and direct case managers through individual and group conferences in developing and improvement of case management requirements and skills. Keep accurate records on all supervision sessions with employees for review. Evaluate performances of staff assigned. Ensure the implementation of treatment plans, to include service package recommendations. Provide guidance to staff to help them in understanding clients' needs/diagnoses and enhance service provision skills. Coordinates inter-disciplinary teams as appropriate, involving parents/guardians/foster parents. Provide oversight to client related deadlines, including but not limited to treatment plans, medical and dental exams, and other time sensitive deadlines. Prepare written reports required by agency (progress reports, etc.). May provide after-hours "On-Call" coverage for direct services. This service is provided during hours when the offices are closed. Provide crisis intervention services to clients and/or families during business hours as applicable. Provide/coordinate training on clinical or related service topics for staff trainings. Review and provide feedback on written reports for clinical or related service departments. May supervise initial and quarterly client case record review process to ensure case record compliance. May approve home studies as needed. Assist in placement and discharge decisions as needed; also assist in the development of discharge and aftercare plans as recommended by treatment team and child's service package outcomes. Attend staff meetings, seminars, and professional conferences and serves as treatment team member. Will attend all team conferences and meetings. May facilitate foster parent support groups, in-service training, and pre-service training as assigned by the Regional/Program Director. Perform all duties within contract, state and federal regulations, company policy, and regulatory agency standards. May be required to drive vehicles, be insurable with our auto insurance provider, and complete company vehicle training.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Social Work or related field required. Master's Degree in Social Work or related field and licensure preferred. Must have at least 3 years of experience working with children in the child welfare, mental health, or special education industry and 1 year of progressive supervisory and administrative experience.
