The Opportunity:

As a Personal Lines Account Manager, you will play a vital role in providing expert guidance and exceptional customer service in both English and Spanish. Responsibilities:
Establish, develop, and maintain strong client relationships through knowledgeable and friendly service in English and Spanish. Manage and oversee a portfolio of personal lines insurance accounts, ensuring appropriate coverage for each client. Advise clients on policy coverage options and assist them in making informed decisions. Process changes, renewals, and cancellations efficiently, in accordance with industry standards and regulations. Collaborate with insurance carriers to negotiate terms and advocate for clients' interests. Accurately document client interactions, transactions, and policy details. Stay informed about personal lines insurance trends and new products to provide up-to-date advice.
Must-Have Skills:
Bilingual in Spanish and English, fluent in both languages. Valid personal lines insurance license. Previous experience as an account manager or similar role within the insurance industry. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage a diverse client base. Excellent organizational skills and high attention to detail. Proficient with computers and industry-standard software applications.
Nice-to-Have Skills:
College degree or higher education in business or a related field. Experience managing multiple insurance portfolios simultaneously. Familiarity with a variety of personal lines insurance products. Advanced proficiency in industry management software. Proactive approach to staying updated on insurance market developments.
