The Employee Benefits Regional Account Manager, VP provides strategic leadership for regional employee benefits operations by overseeing client service, team performance, retention initiatives, and business growth. Company Perks 100% employer-paid medical, dental, and vision for employee-only plans PTO and company-paid holidays 401(k) plan with employer contribution Opportunities for career growth and leadership development within a nationwide network What You'll Do as the Employee Benefits Regional Account Manager, VP Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Employee Benefits Account Managers to achieve performance and service goals Drive regional retention, growth, and operational strategies to support business objectives Identify opportunities for client retention, cross-selling, account rounding, and new business growth Monitor employee benefits market trends, healthcare developments, carrier offerings, and regulatory changes Oversee client renewal strategies, plan performance, compliance, profitability, and service delivery Lead regular team and regional meetings to review performance, share insights, and align strategic initiatives Analyze claims, utilization, financial, and market data to support client strategies and identify growth opportunities What We're Looking For 3+ years of employee benefits experience, or 5+ years of employee benefits experience Active Life & Health Insurance License required Strong knowledge of employee benefits plans, funding arrangements, carrier products, renewals, and regulatory requirements Proven leadership experience managing and developing high-performing teams Experience within an insurance brokerage or employee benefits consulting environment
