Red Star Merchandise is an established, thriving, and growing music merchandise company seeking an Assistant Account Manager to join our team. Position responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Assisting account managers in managing the entire order process; including coordination of order specifications, obtaining quotes, sourcing products, analyzing and negotiating pricing, creating purchase orders, tracking cost savings of order to obtain best price and service for our clients, preparing estimates, overseeing production and delivery of finished product to client.

Position requirements include:

a Bachelor Degree with 1-3 years in a supporting role for an account manager or project manager; must be a detailed and organized individual with strong analytic skills. Individual must be an independent thinker and self starter and be proficient with Microsoft Office Suite. Excellent communication skills and the ability to develop accounts are essential. Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines while managing multiple tasks a must.
