Job Description

Account Representative Job Summary:
The Account Representative will support Account Managers in delivering high-quality customer service to clients and ensuring accurate and timely handling of account-related activities.
Duties/Responsibilities:
  • Assists Account Managers with daily operational tasks and client requests.
  • Prepares, processes, and distributes daily reports to clients.
  • Interacts with clients via telephone or email to provide support and complete case management tasks.
  • Communicates with clients via telephone and email to provide support and complete case management activities.
  • Performs data entry and research assignments as needed.
  • Conducts quality assurance reviews by comparing data entry to supporting insurance documentation to ensure accuracy.
  • Responds to client inquiries and concerns; escalates issues beyond scope to the Account Manager as appropriate.
  • Maintains accurate client account records, including documentation of inquiries, complaints, and interactions.
  • Performs other related duties and supports additional departments as assigned.
Required Skills/Abilities:
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
  • Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong time management with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Ability to follow detailed instructions and perform recurring tasks with accuracy and consistency.
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Education and Experience:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Customer service experience required.
  • 5+ years of loan servicing experience preferred.
  • Property & Casualty insurance experience is a plus.
  • Working knowledge of the National Flood Insurance Program (NFIP) is a plus.
Physical Requirements:
  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
  • Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds occasionally.

The posted salary range represents the minimum and maximum pay for this position. Actual compensation will be determined based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to relevant skills, qualifications, and experience .
