MSP Vendor Management Account Manager •This position requires candidates to be located in the Nashville, TN area •Job Duties The MSP Vendor Management Account Manager is responsible for the day-to-day IT Staff Augmentation and IT Project lifecycle operations for a managed services provider (MSP) and vendor management system (VMS) operation involving human capital acquisition, client management, and vendor management for government and commercial clients. The Account Manager shall be the primary point of contact for all daily operations within portfolios of client agencies. The Account Manager needs the ability to effectively screen and present qualified technical candidates and proposals to clients and the confidence to communicate about technical requirements to hiring managers. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Communicating daily with clients and relevant stakeholders Assist in development of requisitions Technical screening of candidates and proposals Facilitation of final assessments, selections, and onboarding activities Management of funding, performance, and offboarding Performing within contractual guidelines Identifying and growing utilization of the program Requirements 2-4 years' experience with direct delivery of services within a staffing, managed services, vendor management, or recruiting environment Bachelor's Degree in information technology, business, engineering, or related field Technical knowledge, both of current technology and emerging trends Very strong communications (written and verbal) skills in private and public forums, including the ability to communicate technical requirements to a non-technical audience Highly organized and detail oriented with the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast paced environment Nice to
