Insurance Account Representative

Job Overview We are a growing community-focused State Farm agency in Orange County seeking for a motivated goal oriented Sales Representative who enjoys building relationships and helping people make confident financial decisions. This is a sales focused role with strong earning potential. You will work with both new and existing customers to identify needs, provide solutions, and build long-twrm relationships. Customer service is part of the role, but success is driven by your ability to connect, recommend, and close. Responsibilities Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their insurance needs and provide tailored solutions. Analyze market trends to identify opportunities for new business and enhance existing accounts. Communicate clearly and effectively with clients regarding policy details, coverage options, and claims processes. Assist clients in navigating benefits administration and understanding their insurance policies. Negotiate terms and conditions of insurance contracts to ensure client satisfaction while meeting company standards. Provide ongoing customer service support to address inquiries, resolve issues, and maintain client retention. Stay informed about industry developments, regulations, and product offerings to provide accurate information to clients. Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and contribute to overall business growth. Experience Bilingual candidates are highly encouraged to apply as it enhances our ability to serve diverse clientele. Familiarity with benefits administration and insurance sales is a plus.
