Minimum qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. 8 years of experience in customer-facing role, managing cloud implementations or transformation programs that support launch or capacity planning, product release management, technical support, escalation management, or consulting. Must possess an active Top Secret/SCI security clearance with current polygraph.
Preferred qualifications:
MBA or Master's degree in a Management, Technical, or Engineering field. Experience communicating complex concepts and influencing technical and non-technical stakeholders at varying levels within an organization. Responsibilities Lead technical activities across multiple work streams with key stakeholders or delivery partners that focus on cloud architectural advisory, operational excellence, and compliance. Collaborate with product and engineering teams as a customer advocate focused on new products, features, and bug fixes that benefit government and education customers. Partner with support, product engineering, and site reliability engineering to plan for customer events and launches, and work with customers and support to guide issues/escalations to resolution. Manage stakeholder relationships as trusted technical advisor, lead quarterly reviews, host executive sessions, and develop tactical plans that foster successful technical outcomes.
