Job Description
About the Role Hack Club is looking for a sharp, entrepreneurial-minded Junior Account Manager to own the front end of our opportunity pipeline — identifying, evaluating, and managing partnerships that fuel our mission. This is a relationship-driven role with real influence. You'll be responsible for the quality, clarity, and integrity of how we source and assess opportunities across two programs:
Hack Club:
Inspiring teenagers to become highly technical builders, innovators, and problem solvers by supporting high schoolers in starting coding clubs and running hackathons.
HCB:
A Best-in-Class Technology-Enabled Fiscal Sponsorship Program. This is a hands-on position. You'll triage inbound opportunities, conduct discovery calls, produce decision-ready recommendations, and manage accounts once they're onboarded — all while working directly with founders and the executive team. If you're someone who thrives on building relationships, cutting through ambiguity, and turning messy information into clear recommendations, this role is for you. About Hack Club Hack Club is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit on a mission to support, inspire, and motivate teenagers from all backgrounds to become highly technical and use their computer skills to solve problems. Founded in 2014 and headquartered in Shelburne, Vermont, Hack Club has grown from a small team to a staff of 30+ with plans to nearly triple this year. We're open source, financially transparent, and deeply technical — we'd rather solve a problem with software than with headcount. Our fiscal sponsorship platform, HCB, enables over 1,300 groups to raise funds, manage finances, and run events through our proprietary, internally developed software. The Jr. Account Manager will work closely with our Operations and Finance teams as accounts are onboarded and managed.
