Own a portfolio of merchants enrolled in FBT and act as their primary operational point of contact for the FBT program Partner with merchants on inventory planning and product optimization to maximize FBT usage Analyze merchant performance, identify growth opportunities, and execute improvement plans via monthly & quarterly business reviews What We're Looking For 2+ years in account management, e-commerce marketplace or supply chain & logistics Strong Excel skills; comfortable with BI dashboards Excellent communication and stakeholder management BA/BS or equivalent industry experienceAbout Us:
