This is a wonderful opportunity for someone who is looking to start a career in sales and has a passion for learning, customer engagement and prospecting.
Generate new business leads with potential new customers through outbound prospecting activity. Maintain a consistent communication cadence with existing customers. Ensure customers receive the best level of service. Qualify new clients & nurture early-stage opportunities. Update and maintain CRM, recording all required activity and notes properly. Enter CSA and critical information to ensure new accounts are created successfully. Compare data entered with source documents, and re-enter data if errors are present.
Route source documents after completion. Meet department goals and requirements. Respond to inquiries regarding data entered. Work on credit and collections. Follow written guidelines for handling confidential information. Build rapport quickly, within minutes of a phone call or the subject line of an email. Strong reasoning abilities, sound judgment, strong listening skills, resourcefulness, and follow through skills. Support two to three Outside Sales Representatives with administrative and account management work. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Schedule:
In person, Monday - Friday, 9am -5pm, rotating Saturdays as needed, 9am to 4pm.Required Skills and Abilities :
Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, customer service or related field.Bilingual:
fluent in English and Spanish, preferred Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Salesforce Ability to use a computer for extended periods of time. Ability to adhere to the assigned schedule. Ability to multitask specifically typing on the computer and answering the phone in tandem. Moderate noise and temperature levels. Ability to sit, stand and/or walk for up to 10 hours a day. The employee is occasionally required to stoop, bend, or kneel, and perform other diverse physical tasks as needed. The vision requirements include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus. Why work forDTG Recycle:
