Tri-Cities, WA Earning Potential:

Job Description We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Strategic Sales Account Manager to develop new prospects and build strong, lasting relationships with clients. In this role, you will leverage your expertise in B2B sales, business development, and technical solutions to identify new opportunities, negotiate deals, and deliver tailored strategies that meet client needs. This position offers an exciting chance to influence our company's growth trajectory while working with innovative products and services. Responsibilities Develop and execute a strategic prospecting plan Engage in outreach efforts to generate leads and develop new client relationships Become an expert at identifying the needs of clients, building trust, and developing tailor-made solutions Create and deliver sales presentations and lead negotiations with clients, crafting mutually beneficial agreements that align with company goals Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through closing Utilize CRM tools to track interactions, monitor pipeline health, and analyze sales data for continuous improvement Maintain knowledge of current product lines and industry trends Requirements Proven experience in B2B sales, technology sales, or account management with a focus on complex solutions Strong negotiation skills complemented by excellent communication and presentation abilities Exceptional interpersonal skills with a proactive attitude toward relationship building and problem-solving Familiarity with CRM platforms for managing customer relationships effectively Ability to analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscapes to develop targeted strategies and contribute to a high-performance sales culture Experience in technical sales is highly desirable.Benefits Package:
