PHE is seeking a Commercial Lines Account Manager II to support and maintain commercial client relationships while serving as a key resource on coverage-related matters. This role combines client advocacy, policy administration, and strategic account support. The ideal candidate enjoys solving problems, navigating complex insurance needs, and helping clients confidently manage risk. You will work directly with business owners, carrier representatives, and agency colleagues to coordinate policy servicing, facilitate renewals, and deliver a seamless customer experience. Primary Responsibilities Manage an assigned portfolio of commercial accounts and act as a primary point of contact for client service needs. Analyze existing insurance programs to identify potential coverage concerns and recommend appropriate solutions. Prepare and process policy changes, endorsements, renewals, and related service requests. Assist clients with certificates of insurance, billing questions, claims coordination, audits, and policy documentation. Develop a thorough understanding of each client's operations and exposures to help address changing business needs. Communicate with carriers and underwriting teams to obtain information, resolve issues, and support account retention efforts. Maintain detailed account records and ensure policy activity is documented accurately and timely. Support annual account reviews by discussing coverage updates, market conditions, and renewal strategies. Required Qualifications At least four years of experience servicing commercial insurance accounts. Knowledge of commercial property and casualty insurance principles and coverage terminology. Strong attention to detail with the ability to evaluate information and recommend appropriate actions. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a customer-focused approach. Ability to organize competing priorities in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Qualifications Associate's or bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Risk Management, or a related field. Background supporting middle-market or multi-line commercial accounts. Experience training, guiding, or providing technical assistance to team members.
