The role demonstrates advanced skills in solution-based selling, complex negotiations, and strategic collaboration to optimize sales outcomes, refine strategies, and elevate team performance.
- Responsibilities
- Handles customer request calls adeptly, leveraging expertise to effectively sell products, services, and solutions to the installed customer base.
- Addresses complex customer inquiries by offering multi-product/service solutions, often involving integrated solutions that meet intricate needs.
- Manages key accounts, nurturing relationships, identifying growth opportunities, and aligning offerings with client objectives.
- Maintains an in-depth understanding of the organization's products, services, and industry trends, ensuring accurate and insightful communication with customers.
- Navigates complex negotiations and high-value sales opportunities to secure beneficial outcomes for both customers and the organization.
- Collaborates with cross-functional teams to optimize the sales process, ensuring seamless customer experience and efficient workflows.
- Provides valuable inputs to Sales Representatives on emerging market trends, customer preferences, and potential opportunities to refine sales strategies.
- Analyzes performance metrics and data to identify trends, areas for improvement, and opportunities for optimizing sales outcomes.
- Contributes to the development of sales strategies, collaborating with management and cross-functional teams to align sales efforts with organization goals.
- Trains, coaches, and leads other lower-level representatives, sharing knowledge and experience to enhance the team's collective performance.
- Education & Experience
- Recommended
- High School Diploma/General Education Diploma (GED)/Higher Secondary education or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.
- Typically has 6-8 years of related work experience, preferably in inside sales or tele sales, or a related field.
