Job Description

Our client, an industry leader in industrial distribution and manufacturing support, is seeking an Client Representative to join their team. As an Account Manager, you will be part of the Sales Department supporting key account relationships. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent communication skills, strategic thinking, and a customer-focused approach, which will align successfully in the organization.

DOE Shift:
1st Shift What's the Job? Build and maintain strong relationships with customers at both operational and executive levels to ensure satisfaction and retention. Develop and implement strategies to increase account penetration and revenue growth. Serve as a trusted advisor by providing tailored solutions that meet customer needs. Manage order processing, inventory, and returns to ensure smooth daily operations. Utilize CRM systems to track sales activities, analyze trends, and forecast accurately. What's Needed? High school diploma or GED required; 2-4 year college degree preferred. 2-3 years of outside sales or account management experience required. Experience supporting manufacturing or industrial customers is a plus. Strong technical aptitude with the ability to analyze technical materials.
