Description This is a part-time position. We are seeking a highly responsive and detail oriented Sales Account Manager to support and grow our client relations. This role is focused on managing requirements, and maintaining strong day-to-day relationships with the customer. The ideal candidate understands urgency, values relationship-building, and can operate efficiently in a customer environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily communication with key stakeholders at the client site Timely responses to requirements Proactively follow up with the delivery team on requirement updates Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with the customer Co-ordinate with the HR, Accounting, and Operations teams Identify potential opportunities to increase sales, and revenue Problem solving, resolving issues quickly and professionally to reinforce trust and reliability Support customer needs
