Job Description
Summary:
The Landscape Account Manager is a full-time, year-round position that is responsible for delivering exceptional client experience, retention, revenue growth through enhancement sales & management of your production teams. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. A working knowledge of landscape construction, horticulture, and maintenance operations is preferred.Role and Responsibilities:
Client Management Serve as main point of contact for your book of business. Build Strong, long term relationships with clients through our standardized client communication process. Conduct regular property walks & Garden Score Card process. Proactively address client concerns and ensure high satisfaction and retention. Manage Contract renewals, ensuring accuracy in scope, pricing and expectations. Provide professional, timely communication with clients regarding schedules, progress updates, and next steps including BSM'S "FRIDAY FOLLOW UP
"Enhancement Sales & Revenue Growth:
Identify, propose and close enhancement opportunities across your accounts. Develop seasonal, long-term property improvement plans for clients. Prepare and present proposals through LMN Operating Software. Consistently meet enhancement sales goals targeting 50% of your base book of business. Maintain an active pipeline of enhancement opportunities and follow through to close. Documentation & Job Tracking Following Sales Close-out Process to ensure timely invoicing & customer satisfaction. Prepare and distribute project Hand-off's for Enhancements to Production Managers. Maintenance & Enhancement Coordination Walking Clients Sites and identifying site needs & Enhancements. Complete BSM'S Quality Counts Scorecards. Help hold production accountable to contract standards.Culture & Consistency:

Winter Operations Support Route Manager Duties include Assist with snow operations, coordination, including route scheduling, communication, and timesheet approvals for specific route. Job Requirements Motivated with a professional growth mindset. Valid driver's license Strong verbal and written communication skills. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Ability to lead, motivate, and manage a team in physically demanding outdoor conditions. Ability to perform physically demanding tasks such as shoveling, lifting, and operating lawn and snow-removal equipment for extended periods.Job Benefits:

Renewals signed paid out at 1% of contract value for that fiscal year (both MN & Snow) If 95% retention is hit, an additional .5% to be paid out. Enhancement Sales Paid out at 3% for the first $250,000. Paid out at 4% for anything $250,000 +Pay:
