Fast to Own We're looking for a Sales Account Manager to be the driving force behind an exceptional customer experience. You'll be the primary point of contact for our customers, turning their needs into workable solutions and keeping orders moving smoothly through our manufacturing process. This role blends sales support, order management, and cross-team coordination, and is ideal for someone who thrives on solving problems and building strong customer relationships. What You'll Do
  • Deliver accurate, on-time orders. Enter customer orders into our scheduling and manufacturing system with precision, then track them through to completion — flagging and resolving issues before they impact delivery.
  • Turn inquiries into business. Provide price quotes and evaluate manufacturing feasibility for customers and our outside sales team, helping convert opportunities into confirmed orders.
  • Own the customer relationship. Serve as the go-to contact for customers reaching out directly, resolving inquiries quickly and building long-term trust.
  • Move quotes into production. Manage the handoff from estimation to manufacturing, ensuring nothing falls through the cracks during the transition.
  • Coordinate the full order lifecycle. Determine manufacturing processes, build BOMs, and align lead times, materials, tooling, and labor to keep production on track.
  • Keep everyone in sync. Communicate directly with customers and vendors on scheduling, changes, technical questions, and problem resolution — and loop in internal manufacturing teams so requirements and deadlines are met without surprises.
  • Represent us in the field. Conduct site visits alongside outside sales or at customer request to strengthen relationships and address needs firsthand. Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or advanced degree in sales, business, or a related field preferred.
  • 3+ years of experience in sales, manufacturing, or estimating.
  • Strong computer skills and clear, effective oral and written communication.
  • A track record of succeeding in team-based environments.
  • Self-motivation and sound judgment — comfortable working independently with minimal direct supervision while staying aligned with the broader team.
  • A sharp eye for quality and strong organizational skills to manage multiple orders and priorities at once.
