Inside Sales Account Manager

You'll serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, ensuring a seamless experience from quote to delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

Build and maintain strong relationships with assigned customer accounts Serve as the main point of contact for inquiries, updates, and ongoing support Prepare accurate quotes with leadership guidance Enter and process customer orders (including recurring/weekly orders) Confirm specifications, timelines, and product details with customers Track orders and proactively follow up to ensure on-time completion Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts Collaborate with internal teams (production, sales, leadership) to resolve issues Maintain accurate customer records, notes, and contact details in ERP/CRM systems Support showroom visitors and walk-in customers as needed Review account performance metrics and contribute to process improvements Assist with general administrative and operational support as needed What We're Looking For We're looking for someone who thrives in a detail-driven, customer-focused environment and enjoys balancing relationships with execution.
