We are an RIA seeking a Private Wealth Client Associate to join our growing team in Casper, WY. Ashton Thomas is seeking a full-time, Registered Private Wealth Client Associate. This role is integral to providing best-in-class client service and supports both the operational department and advisors to ensure a seamless wealth management experience. The Client Associate will manage client inquiries, assist with service requests, and ensure all client information and documentation are up to date. This is a client-facing role that requires exceptional service and organizational skills, as well as the ability to collaborate effectively with the Financial Advisor team.Key Responsibilities:
Client Relationship Management:
Maintain and nurture relationships with existing clients by processing requests, resolving inquiries, and ensuring that client information and documentation are accurate and current.Client Outreach:
Engage with clients to foster strong relationships and identify solutions, such as digital access, cash management, and other firm services.Client Onboarding:
Manage the onboarding of new clients by collecting necessary documentation and client information.Marketing Support:
Assist the marketing team by coordinating client events and seminars, and contributing to the firm's marketing strategy.Data Entry & Reporting:
Enter data into financial planning software and generate reports to support Financial Advisors.Team Collaboration:
Regularly engage with peers to share insights and collaborate on client solutions, while also supporting financial advisors in delivering exceptional service.Administrative Support:
Assist Financial Advisors with various administrative tasks such as telephone coverage, business travel arrangements, meeting coordination, and preparing travel and expense reports.Ongoing Learning:
Stay informed on firm policies, procedures, and industry regulations, and actively participate in available training and education programs.Qualifications:
Experience:
3+ years working in the wealth management industry.Education:
High School Diploma (or equivalent), with a preference for a college degree.Industry Knowledge:
Experience working with custodians such asCharles Schwab, Fidelity, Pershing, and Goldman Sachs Licensing:
Willingness to obtain Series 65.Knowledge/Skills:
Proficient with Microsoft Office products and financial planning software. Exceptional interpersonal and client service skills. Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management abilities. Ability to work in a fast-paced, evolving environment and manage multiple priorities. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Collaborative team player with a positive, client-centric approach.Work Remotely:
