Role Overview The Front of House team is the first and last touchpoint for every member and guest. This role is responsible for creating a high-energy, welcoming environment while supporting day-to-day operations and membership growth. Key Responsibilities Client Experience Greet every member and guest with professionalism and energy Foster a welcoming, inclusive, community-driven environment Build strong relationships with members to support retention and referrals Manage check-ins, class bookings, and general inquiries Sales & Membership Growth Engage confidently with walk-ins, leads, and trial guests Support membership sales through informed, authentic conversations Follow up with prospects via CRM, text, and email Assist with promotions, events, and sales initiatives Contribute to monthly membership growth goals Studio Operations Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the front desk and studio Execute opening and closing procedures Assist with scheduling, payments, and CRM management Support coaches during class transitions and peak hours Team Contribution Collaborate closely with coaches and leadership to create a seamless member experience Participate in team meetings and trainings Represent The Yard Gym brand with professionalism, consistency, and positivity Qualifications Experience with Mindbody software preferred Friendly, approachable, and reliable personality Strong communication and multitasking skills Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Comfortable working in a fast-paced fitness environment Ability to stay on your feet for extended periods Flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, and weekends Sales or customer service experience preferred (fitness industry experience is a plus) Passion for fitness, wellness, and community Performance Expectations Success in this role will be measured by: Contribution to membership growth and sales Client satisfaction and retention Reliability, professionalism, and consistency Energy, attitude, and collaboration within the team

Compensation & Perks Hourly Pay:
