Job Description

Company Description Rancher Hat Bar offers a one-of-a-kind experience where guests create custom hats in a lively, immersive atmosphere. Role Description The Event Management Intern is a part-time, on-site role based in Scottsdale, AZ. This intern supports the planning and execution of off-site events and private hat bar experiences, assisting with logistics, scheduling, and coordination with team members and vendors. Daily responsibilities include helping emails, calling clients, help arrange details for set up and break down, ensuring smooth event flow, and ordering product as needed. The intern may assist with tracking attendance, collecting feedback, and preparing basic event reports to support continuous improvement. This role provides hands-on experience in event operations within a fast-growing, customer-focused retail brand. Qualifications Event planning and event management skills to support organizing, coordinating, and executing off-site and private events. Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with guests, team members, and external partners. Interest or experience in marketing to help promote events, support social media content, and contribute to brand awareness. Ability to assist with training and onboarding support for event staff or volunteers as needed. High level of organization, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Customer service mindset with a friendly, professional, and inclusive approach to all guests. Current student or recent graduate in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field preferred, but not required.
