E-commerce Marketing Coordinator Yuma, AZ | Approximately 30 Hours Per Week Potential Opportunity for Full-Time Growth Notch is a family-owned e-commerce brand based in Yuma, Arizona, that creates innovative headwear for people who wear glasses, sunglasses, and safety glasses. Our patented notch technology helps eliminate the pressure and interference caused by traditional baseball caps. What started in our garage has grown into a nationwide brand serving retail customers, wholesale accounts, and custom branding clients around the world. Our patented technology is also licensed by major brands, including Oakley, Flexfit, and VIKTØS. We are looking for a motivated, dependable, and driven team member who wants to grow with a small business and take pride in their work. We value people who think independently, bring ideas to the table, and look for ways to improve things without needing constant direction. Responsibilities Manage and help create email marketing campaigns using Klaviyo with guidance from our team Assist with planning promotions, product launches, and marketing campaigns Follow up with wholesale and custom order inquiries Help maintain and grow relationships with existing wholesale accounts Assist with social media engagement and online community interaction Look for ways to improve marketing and customer experience Support day-to-day operations and help wherever needed as part of a small team Qualifications We are looking for someone who: Has a strong work ethic and takes initiative Is organized, dependable, and detail-oriented Communicates professionally and confidently Can work independently and solve problems Is creative and comfortable bringing new ideas to the table Enjoys staying productive and helping wherever needed Has a positive attitude and willingness to grow Preferred experience: Shopify Klaviyo Canva Social media platforms E-commerce or marketing experience Compensation Approximately 30 hours per week

Monday-Friday Pay:
