The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales and a strong understanding of the online marketplace. This role involves engaging with customers, managing the sales pipeline, and driving high-end sales while providing exceptional customer service. The successful candidate will be responsible for building relationships with clients, negotiating deals, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the sales process. Duties Engage with potential customers to generate leads and drive sales. Manage the entire sales pipeline from initial contact to closing deals. Utilize CRM software to track customer interactions and manage inventory effectively. Conduct cold calling and follow up on leads to maximize sales opportunities. Upsell products and services to enhance customer experience and increase revenue. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Collaborate with marketing teams to develop strategies that attract new customers. Maintain organized records of sales activities, customer interactions, and inventory management. Demonstrate strong public speaking skills during virtual presentations or webinars. Experience The ideal candidate should possess: Proven experience in outside sales, particularly in B2B environments. Proficiency in CRM software for managing customer relationships and sales data. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on phone etiquette. Organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment. A background in retail sales or customer service is advantageous.
