We are looking for a Marketing Coordinator to support the development and execution of marketing initiatives across events, communications, content, collateral, and campaign operations. This is a hands-on opportunity for someone who enjoys managing details, collaborating across teams, and helping turn ideas into polished marketing deliverables. What You'll Do Support planning and execution for tradeshows, demonstrations, and marketing events, including logistics, materials, and vendor coordination. Help develop marketing plans and tactical recommendations aligned with business objectives. Create and update presentations, marketing materials, product collateral, newsletters, website content, and facility displays. Maintain brand consistency across communications and campaign deliverables. Monitor market trends and contribute ideas that strengthen positioning, visibility, and marketing strategy. Partner with Sales, Engineering, and Leadership to support clear, aligned messaging. Identify opportunities to improve workflows, processes, and overall marketing effectiveness. What You'll Bring Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related experience. 3+ years of marketing or communications experience. Strong project coordination, organization, and communication skills. Experience supporting technical marketing content is a plus. Comfort with Microsoft Office, JIRA, Confluence, and marketing tools. Experience with photo or video editing software is preferred. A proactive, collaborative approach with the ability to manage priorities independently.
