We are a fast-growing, people-first organization built around one mission: connecting families and businesses with the services they need while building the next generation of sales and business leaders. Our team operates face-to-face in the community — no cubicles, no cold call centers — just real conversations and real relationships.

AT&T REPRESENTATIVE OVERVIEW

We are looking for motivated, personable individuals to join our team as AT&T Representatives. In this role, you will engage directly with residents and businesses throughout Orange County, presenting AT&T's industry-leading Fiber, Internet, and Cable service solutions. This is a ground-floor opportunity with a defined path toward team leadership and management. No prior sales experience is required — we invest heavily in your training and development. What matters most is your attitude, your willingness to learn, and your drive to grow.

AT&T REPRESENTATIVE RESPONSIBILITIES

Represent AT&T products and services through in-person, community-based outreach across Orange County Engage potential customers in face-to-face conversations to understand their needs and present tailored solutions Promote and sell AT&T Fiber, high-speed Internet, and Cable service packages Build genuine relationships and provide outstanding customer service at every interaction Meet and exceed individual sales goals and performance benchmarks Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and ongoing development programs Learn the fundamentals of business operations, team management, and sales strategy Progress toward leadership responsibilities as you demonstrate results and growth

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR A

genuine desire to connect with people and provide excellent customer experiences Strong communication skills and a confident, outgoing personality Coachable mindset — you listen, take feedback, and apply it quickly Self-motivation and a results-driven work ethic Reliable transportation to travel within the Orange County territory Ability to work a flexible schedule including some evenings and weekends High school diploma or GED required; some college preferred but not required Prior customer service, retail, or sales experience is a plus — not a requirement
