The Coordinator, Content Sales Marketing & Partnerships supports marketing initiatives and partner relationships across Warner Bros. Discovery's Content Licensing, which includes SVOD, AVOD, FAST, emerging platforms, etc. This role works closely with external platform partners and internal stakeholders to coordinate marketing campaigns, support channel launches, manage promotional assets, track performance, and execute initiatives that drive content discoverability and audience engagement. The position serves as a key liaison across Sales, Marketing, Research, Strategy, Data Science, Finance, and Content Operations teams to ensure successful execution of partner marketing programs and business objectives. Your Role Accountabilities... Content Licensing Marketing Ensure partners have access to current approved marketing materials and supporting promotional resources. Coordinate the development, delivery, and approval of marketing assets content licensing partners, including key art, trailers, thumbnails, metadata, and short-form promotional spots. Support day-to-day communication with FAST partner marketing & partner management teams regarding campaign opportunities, asset requests, and promotional initiatives. Assist in planning and executing approved editorial, merchandising, and promotional opportunities designed to increase content visibility and audience engagement. Track marketing campaigns, placements, and partner promotions, and compile performance reporting and insights for internal stakeholders. Respond to partner marketing requests, including social, editorial, and promotional opportunities. Maintain marketing calendars and campaign trackers to ensure deadlines and deliverables are met. Ensure all marketing materials align with brand standards and established strategic objectives. Content Licensing Partnerships Support day-to-day FAST partner operations following deal execution by assisting with partner communications, launch coordination, and ongoing relationship management under manager guidance. Maintain FAST tracking documents for channel launches, renewals, expirations, and other key partner milestones. Cross-Functional Collaboration Prepare recurring reports and presentations summarizing partner marketing activity, promotional placements, channel performance, and key business updates. Support analysis of marketing and platform performance metrics to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for optimization. Stay informed on SVOD, AVOD and FAST industry trends, partner platform updates, competitive activity, and emerging distribution opportunities. Collaborate across Sales, Partner Management, Strategy, Data Science, & Content Operations teams to support aligned execution and effective information sharing.
