Job Description
Associate Project Manager, Media to support marketing operations across numerous television titles. This role will support a high-volume media team managing approximately 10-20 TV show styles across multiple brands. The ideal candidate will bring strong marketing operations, post-production, agency, or studio/entertainment experience and be comfortable managing asset and promo delivery workflows in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Key ResponsibilitiesManage promo delivery and asset delivery processes across multiple television titles and brands.
Track, organize, and coordinate media assets, delivery timelines, approvals, and final deliverables.
Partner with internal stakeholders, creative teams, post-production partners, vendors, and cross-functional team members to keep projects moving.
Provide coverage and project support in a highly collaborative, cross-trained environment.
Help support the team as they launch and adopt a new asset management system.
