Carlsbad, CA Salary：$55K-$75K+Bonus Position Overview We are seeking a dynamic Sales & Marketing Representative to join a growing team in the sports-related industry (golf products). This role offers a unique opportunity to be involved in both sales and marketing functions—ranging from client relationship management and business development to market analysis and brand strategy execution. Key Responsibilities Sales Responsibilities Develop and maintain strong relationships with manufacturers, distributors, and retail partners Manage the full sales cycle, including responding to RFQs, negotiations, and closing deals Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand market presence Monitor and manage customer orders, delivery schedules, and inquiries Achieve sales targets aligned with business strategies Provide accurate sales forecasts and regular reports Marketing Responsibilities Plan and execute marketing strategies, including product positioning and promotional campaigns Conduct market research and analyze industry trends, customer needs, and competitor activities Support product launches and lifecycle management with market insights Coordinate the development of marketing materials and promotional tools Plan and support events such as trade shows, demo days, and promotional activities Collaborate with global teams to ensure consistent brand messaging Track and report marketing performance using KPIs Additional Responsibilities Prepare and maintain necessary documentation in compliance with company standards Communicate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders Perform other duties as assigned Qualifications Bachelor's degree required Proven experience in sales (industry experience is a plus, but not required) Strong negotiation and communication skills Self-motivated, organized, and results-driven Ability to analyze data and make business-driven decisions Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) Business-level English proficiency Ideal Candidate Profile Demonstrated ability to develop new business and close deals Strong interest in business, numbers, and market dynamics Ability to understand customer needs and provide strategic solutions Capable of building long-term relationships with clients and stakeholders Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret business data and trends Why This Role?
