As a Certified Woman-Owned; Small Business, the DOTR concierge service model is rooted in expert matching; operating with a relationship-first approach, supported by high-touch communication, operational oversight, and a commitment to delivering a seamless experience for both pet parents and pet care professionals. The Role We are seeking a dynamic Senior Marketing Coordinator responsible for executing multi-channel marketing campaigns across traditional, digital and social channels. Build a consistent marketing engine that drives awareness, client demand, and a strong digital presence while elevating the DOTR experience across every touchpoint. The Senior Marketing Coordinator will assist leadership with execution of initiatives that drive brand visibility, client acquisition and market expansion - ensuring all campaigns and messaging reinforce DOTR's elevated positioning and an exceptional pet parent experience. Turn consumer insights into compelling stories, overseeing our brand identity while managing day-to-day promotional activities. You will be responsible for the management, coordination and execution of: Brand, Creative, and Project Management Website Management and Optimization Social Media Management, Planning, and Content Creation Performance Measurement, Analysis and Reporting Key Responsibilities Brand, Creative, and Project Management Collaborate closely with leadership for strategic guidance and to align marketing with business goals based on Master/Marketing calendar. Help to drive brand awareness, lead generation, customer acquisition/retention, and conversion pathways for greater market share. Assist in planning, developing and implementing comprehensive multi-channel marketing campaigns and promotions (including referral initiatives and seasonal marketing), across traditional, digital, email and social media channels. Manage and prioritize marketing project timelines with a high level of organization and accountability. Ensure all campaigns, promotions, and messaging consistently reflect the DOTR brand voice, positioning, and values to help elevate DOTR's brand presence as a trusted leader in pet care. Manage and execute the creation of all marketing and promotional materials and collateral (flyers, brochures, email, signage, digital promotions, social media, events, etc…). Build and segment email campaigns to nurture customer loyalty, initiate re-engagement, increase retention, and track conversions. Ensuring all visuals align with DOTR luxury standards based on established brand guide, including cohesive brand voice, messaging, visual identity and aesthetic. Website Management and Optimization Oversee and manage digital presence; including maintaining the company website (Squarespace), managing content updates, SEO strategy, and user experience (UX). Partner with internal teams for necessary updates and overall accuracy. Ensure the site reflects DOTR branding, the concierge-level experience and converts visitors into inquiries. Continuously optimize site performance, improve conversion rates, and support local market growth. Social Media Management, Planning, and Content Creation Own and manage social media presence to grow engagement and increase traffic via: Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, Google Business, Yelp, and Nextdoor. Collaborate closely with leadership to manage and maintain a strategic content calendar aligned with business priorities and seasonal initiatives. Manage, collaborate with and provide direction to social media intern to help execute polished, on-brand assets across all channels. Deep familiarity with social media platforms and best practices, strong copy-writing skills, and basic photo/video editing abilities. Produce high-impact content (copy, video, imagery) that drives engagement, brand affinity, and reach. Cultivate and manage an engaged online community, ensuring timely, on-brand responses and reputation management. Performance Measurement, Analysis and Reporting Track, measure, analyze, and report on the effectiveness of marketing initiatives using key performance indicators (KPIs) such as website traffic, conversion rates, engagement, and campaign ROI for all campaigns and promotions. Use data and insights to refine strategies, optimize performance, and provide ideas for improvement to help guide future investments. Project Management Strength Plan, execute, and optimize integrated marketing campaigns across channels. Highly organized and detail oriented with strong project, timeline, and milestone management skills, ensuring on-time delivery. Identify potential risks or bottlenecks and implement proactive solutions. Curious, Proactive and Accountable Actively monitor trends, competitors, and industry developments. Bring ideas forward, identify opportunities, and take ownership of outcomes. Hold themselves to high standards and thrive in a culture with high expectations. Digital and Social Media Expertise Hands-on experience managing social media platforms including: Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, and local review platforms. Skilled in developing and maintaining content calendars and high-impact content (copy, video, imagery). Strong understanding of what drives engagement, reach, and community growth. Website, SEO and Conversion Mindset Experience overseeing websites with a focus on SEO, UX, and conversion optimization. Data-informed approach to improving performance and supporting lead generation, acquisition and retention. Data-Driven Decision Maker Comfortable tracking, analyzing, and interpreting marketing performance metrics and KPIs. Uses insights and reporting to refine strategy, improve ROI, and guide future initiatives. Experience, Background and Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. 3-5 years of experience in marketing, brand, or growth-focused roles (experience in multi-location, service-based, or lifestyle brands is a plus, pet industry experience is helpful, but not required). This role requires a self-driven individual who can blend creativity with data-driven strategy to grow and enhance brand visibility and presence. Exceptional project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives, timelines, and priorities simultaneously. Graphic design and creative skillset (Canva) with attention to detail and accuracy. Demonstrated experience planning and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns across digital, email, social, and traditional channels. Hands-on experience managing and executing on social media platforms including: Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, and local business/review platforms. Proficiency with common marketing tools and platforms (ie: social media management tools, analytics platforms, email marketing tools, CMS). Experience managing and executing websites (Squarespace), overseeing website content, SEO, and UX with a focus on conversion optimization. Understanding of performance marketing metrics and analytics, including website traffic, engagement, conversion rates, and ROI. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, evolving, multi-market environment.
