We are looking for a high-energy, bilingual professional to join our team and help us bridge the gap between legal expertise and community outreach. Key Responsibilities (Workflow):

Campaign Orchestration:

Coordinate and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns across email, SMS, and social media to drive client engagement.

Community Pulse:

While based in our City of Industry office, this role requires occasional travel to other cities within the San Gabriel Valley to organize and host Town Hall meetings, seminars, and local community events.

Digital Presence:

Create compelling, culturally resonant content for WeChat and Rednote (微信 & 小红书), ensuring our brand speaks to the Chinese community.

Client Relations:

Act as a brand ambassador by conducting professional follow-ups with prospective and existing clients in a seamless bilingual manner.

Project Management:

Maintain outreach tracking and manage complex project timelines to ensure marketing operational excellence.

Team Collaboration:

Work closely with marketing leadership, attorneys and external partners on special projects. Qualifications (What we are looking for):

Bilingual Skills:

Fluency in English and Chinese (Mandarin and/or Cantonese) is required to communicate effectively with our diverse clientele.

Experience:

Previous experience in Marketing, PR, or Community Outreach. Familiarity with the legal, healthcare, or nonprofit sector is preferred.

Tech-Savvy:

Proficient in Google Workspace, Mailchimp, and CRM systems. Bonus points for experience with AI tools and digital content creation.

Soft Skills:

A multitasker who thrives under pressure and enjoys working in a fast-paced, people-oriented environment.

Mobility:
