Position Overview The Sales and Marketing Coordinator serves as a critical operational partner supporting the Marketing, Sales, and Distribution teams. This position is responsible for administering marketing technology platforms, coordinating sales enablement activities, supporting distributor onboarding, maintaining product information systems, and ensuring that internal and external customers have access to accurate information, marketing resources, and business systems. This role combines project coordination, CRM administration, marketing technology support, data management, and sales operations into one highly collaborative position. The successful candidate is organized, technology-oriented, customer-focused, and passionate about improving business processes while delivering exceptional internal service. Key Responsibilities Marketing Operations & Systems Administration Serve as a key operational resource supporting the Marketing Operations function. Assist with administration, configuration, and ongoing support of marketing technology platforms, including: HubSpot CRM Monday.com Salsify PIM Digital Asset Management (DAM) systems Sales enablement platforms Additional marketing technologies Support user onboarding, permissions, account administration, and training. Document business processes, workflows, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and training materials. Monitor system adoption and recommend improvements that increase efficiency, consistency, and user experience. CRM Administration & Data Governance Support ongoing administration and maintenance of HubSpot CRM. Maintain high standards of CRM data quality through: Database cleanup Duplicate management Contact enrichment Data validation Governance best practices Assist with CRM reporting and dashboard maintenance. Support data integrity across marketing, sales, and customer information systems. Product Information & Distributor Support Support administration of the Product Information Management (PIM) system. Maintain accurate product information, digital assets, and distributor content. Coordinate distributor onboarding and eCommerce product setup activities. Prepare distributor product templates and documentation. Support distributor implementation projects and product content updates. Partner with Product Management and Marketing to ensure product information remains current and accurate. Sales Enablement Serve as the primary intake coordinator for marketing requests submitted by the Sales organization. Route requests to appropriate marketing team members while tracking progress and completion. Maintain centralized sales resource libraries including: Presentations Brochures Product literature Sales tools Training materials Coordinate onboarding of new sales representatives to marketing systems, digital resources, and internal processes. Support sales communication initiatives and organizational announcements. Customer Meeting & Event Coordination Coordinate scheduling and logistics for customer meetings, distributor visits, and executive presentations. Manage meeting approvals, calendar coordination, invitations, and scheduling conflicts. Prepare meeting facilities, presentation materials, and hospitality arrangements. Ensure internal stakeholders are fully prepared prior to customer engagements. Promotional Merchandise & Brand Support Administer FallTech's branded merchandise and promotional product programs. Manage user accounts and approval workflows. Maintain promotional inventory levels. Coordinate replenishment with vendors.
Develop standardized merchandise kits supporting:
Sales Trade shows Customer meetings Employee onboarding Marketing campaigns Monitor program utilization, budgets, inventory levels, and effectiveness. Project Coordination & Continuous Improvement Support cross-functional marketing initiatives and special projects. Track project status and follow up on outstanding deliverables. Identify opportunities to improve operational processes and marketing workflows. Assist with implementation of new marketing technologies and process improvements. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives supporting Marketing Operations. Qualifications Education & Experience Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Information Systems, or related field preferred. Minimum 3 years of experience supporting marketing, sales operations, CRM administration, project coordination, or related business functions. Experience working in a manufacturing, industrial, or B2B environment strongly preferred. Experience supporting CRM and marketing technology platforms.

Frequent collaboration with Marketing, Sales, Product Management, Customer Service, Operations, IT, and Executive Leadership. $52,800.00 - $65,400.00 per year
