We are seeking a dynamic and creative Marketing Coordinator to join our team. This role is responsible for developing and executing engaging digital marketing strategies across various platforms to enhance brand visibility, drive audience engagement, and support overall marketing objectives. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of social media management, content creation, and digital marketing tools, with a passion for storytelling and brand building through innovative campaigns. Position Overview The Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for executing and coordinating marketing campaigns, managing content, and supporting the sales team with marketing materials. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects. Job Summary We're on the lookout for a passionate and proactive Marketing Coordinator to join our dynamic marketing team. In this role, you'll be the driving force behind executing creative marketing campaigns, managing digital channels, and supporting brand growth. Duties Develop and implement marketing strategies across social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter, to boost brand visibility and engagement. Manage content creation for websites, blogs, email campaigns, and social media posts using tools like WordPress and Adobe Creative Suite. Conduct keyword research and utilize SEO tools to improve website ranking and organic traffic. Monitor and analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics, Google Ads, SEM tools, and other analytics platforms to identify opportunities for optimization. Support conversion optimization efforts by testing landing pages and refining calls-to-action to increase lead generation and sales. Assist in managing paid advertising campaigns through Facebook Advertising, Google AdWords, and other digital ad platforms. Collaborate with the team on email marketing campaigns using marketing automation tools to nurture leads and engage customers effectively. Manage CRM and marketing databases Requirements Proven experience with SEO tools, Google Analytics, Google Ads (AdWords), Facebook Advertising, and marketing automation platforms. Strong knowledge of digital marketing channels including social media management, SEM (Search Engine Marketing), and content management systems like WordPress. Familiarity with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and SQL is a plus for website content updates and data analysis. Excellent copywriting skills with an eye for compelling content creation that resonates with diverse audiences. Ability to analyze data trends using analytics tools to inform strategic decisions and improve campaign performance. Experience in graphic design using Adobe Photoshop or Adobe Creative Suite for creating visual assets.
