Responsibilities Assists and coordinates proposal efforts, including managing the proposal schedule, coordinating with internal teams and subconsultants, and developing the layout, design, and writing of non-technical sections. Write, design, edit, and proofread proposals, qualifications, marketing collateral, and presentations. Update and maintain resumes, project descriptions, and content libraries. Design graphics for marketing materials. Assist and perform market research to support business development efforts and identify potential opportunities. Organize and manage proposal documentation, ensuring compliance with client requirements and industry standards. Collaborate with technical teams to gather relevant data and ensure accurate representation of project capabilities. Assist in creating and maintaining templates and standards for marketing and proposal materials. Coordinate post-proposal follow-up, including tracking submissions and client feedback. Other related marketing duties, as needed. Qualifications Bachelor's degree from an accredited four-year college or university in Marketing, Journalism, Communications, or a related field (Required) Excellent writing, editing, communication, and organizational skills Comfortable using AI tools (Microsoft Copilot, OpenAI, ChatGPT) Experience with creating and reviewing graphic design and page layout using Adobe InDesign Ability to multitask effectively and work well in a deadline-driven environment Proficiency in Adobe InDesign and MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Working knowledge of Open Asset a plus Tech-savvy and a self-starter The pay range for this position in California is $30.00 to $35.00 per hour. Base pay offered may be higher or lower depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and location of the candidate. Restricted stock units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position offered.
