Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and bilingual Marketing Coordinator fluent in Chinese Mandarin and English to join our innovative marketing team. In this role, you will drive multi-channel marketing strategies, develop compelling content, and execute digital campaigns that resonate with diverse audiences. Your energetic approach will help elevate our brand presence across social media platforms, e-commerce channels, and advertising initiatives. Develop and implement integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels including social media, email, print, and digital advertising to boost brand awareness and engagement. Manage content creation and copywriting for websites, blogs, social media posts, and promotional materials in both Chinese Mandarin and English. Optimize website content using SEO best practices and maintain WordPress sites to ensure high visibility in search engine results. Analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics and marketing automation platforms to refine strategies and maximize ROI. Coordinate with sales teams to support advertising sales efforts and align marketing initiatives with product management goals. Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences in both local and international markets. Oversee budgeting for marketing projects, track expenses, and ensure efficient allocation of resources for campaigns including Google AdWords and Facebook Advertising. Proven experience in digital marketing, content marketing, B2B marketing, and performance marketing within a fast-paced environment. Strong proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), HTML basics, Google Analytics, Google AdWords, and marketing automation tools. Demonstrated ability to manage social media platforms effectively across different audiences with expertise in Facebook Advertising. Familiarity with e-commerce platforms such as Shopify or similar online storefronts is preferred. Excellent research skills combined with strong copywriting abilities in both Chinese Mandarin and English. Experience supporting print advertising campaigns and working within a budget while meeting deadlines is advantageous. Ability to analyze data insights to inform strategic decisions and optimize ongoing marketing efforts.
