Marketing Full Job Description Company Overview:
We are a growing specialty pharmacy focused on providing high-quality patient care and access to specialty medications, including IVIG, SCIG, biologics, and other complex therapies. Our mission is to improve patient outcomes through exceptional service, clinical support, and provider collaboration.
Position Summary:
We are seeking motivated and professional Business Development & Marketing Representatives to help expand awareness of our specialty pharmacy services among healthcare providers, clinics, infusion centers, and healthcare organizations throughout California. This role focuses on relationship building, provider education, account development, and increasing awareness of our specialty pharmacy capabilities in a compliant and ethical manner.
Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain professional relationships with physicians, clinics, infusion centers, case managers, and healthcare providers Educate referral sources on specialty pharmacy services, patient support programs, IVIG/SCIG coordination, and therapy management solutions Identify opportunities for growth within immunology, neurology, rheumatology, and other specialty markets Coordinate with pharmacy leadership and clinical staff to support onboarding and continuity of care Attend networking events, conferences, and provider meetings Maintain accurate activity records and account follow-up Ensure all marketing and outreach activities comply with applicable federal and California healthcare laws and company policies
Qualifications:
Experience in specialty pharmacy, infusion services, healthcare marketing, pharmaceutical sales, or medical business development preferred Knowledge of IVIG, SCIG, biologics, or specialty medications is a plus Strong communication and relationship-building skills Professional demeanor and ability to work independently Understanding of healthcare compliance standards preferred
