We are seeking a polished, adaptable, and creative Community Operations & Marketing Coordinator to help elevate the experience for our members, guests, and event clients. This is a dynamic, multi-functional role that combines hospitality, community management, marketing, social media content creation, and operational support. What You'll Do Community & Member Experience Serve as one of the primary faces of Willow Workplace, delivering a warm, professional, hospitality-driven experience Welcome members and guests while helping foster a strong sense of community Support member onboarding, tours, move-ins, and day-to-day member requests Help maintain a polished, organized, and inviting workspace environment Coordinate mail, packages, deliveries, and operational logistics Assist with vendor coordination and facility-related communication Marketing & Social Media Help manage and grow Willow Workplace's social media presence across Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and other platforms Create engaging photo and video content highlighting the workspace, events, and community, while feeling comfortable both behind and in front of the camera for social media and promotional content Assist with Canva graphics, marketing materials, event promotions, and email campaigns Capture lifestyle-oriented content, including workspace photography, event coverage, food & beverage setups, and member experiences Support website updates and promotional initiatives related to meetings, events, and coworking Events & Hospitality Approach challenges with a positive, "how can we make this happen?" attitude while taking initiative, following through, and contributing wherever needed in a collaborative team environment. Assist with planning and executing networking events, happy hours, workshops, and corporate events Help coordinate event logistics, including room setup, vendor coordination, guest experience, and hospitality Maintain flexibility to occasionally support evening or weekend events Technology & Operations Serve as a resource for members needing basic meeting room technology assistance
  • Troubleshoot basic technology issues, including screen sharing, conference room setups, and device connections Help members navigate everyday workplace technology, including Wi-Fi access, connecting laptops to meeting room TVs and presentation displays, and setting up printers/copiers across both PC and Apple devices.
Help ensure conference rooms and shared spaces are fully operational and presentation-ready What We're Looking For 2-4+ years of experience in hospitality, coworking, events, marketing, customer service, or a related field Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a polished and professional presence A hospitality-first mindset with a passion for creating exceptional experiences Comfortable appearing in and creating social media video content Experience with Canva, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and content creation tools Experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT for marketing, content creation, or workflow efficiency Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-moving environment Comfortable with basic technology troubleshooting Creative thinker with strong attention to detail Positive, adaptable, and ready to step in wherever needed Bonus Qualifications Event coordination experience Photography or food/lifestyle content experience Experience in coworking, boutique hospitality, or event venues Bilingual, especially Spanish speaking Compensation & Benefits Full-time position Monday-Friday primary schedule with occasional evening/weekend event support Competitive salary based on experience Monthly bonus opportunities Beautiful, design-forward work environment in
