Degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, Business, Journalism, or related field preferred 3+ years of proposal coordination or marketing experience within the AEC, construction, engineering, or related industry preferred Strong graphic design and layout experience required Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) and Microsoft Office Suite Excellent written, editing, proofreading, and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities simultaneously Experience coordinating proposals for public sector or K-12 projects is highly preferred Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently Professional communication and interpersonal skills Experience with CRM systems, project databases, and marketing platforms is a plus Preferred Skills Knowledge of construction terminology and procurement processes Experience creating compelling visual storytelling and branded marketing materials Ability to work collaboratively with executives and technical professionals Strong time management and project coordination abilities

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

Bachelor's degree or Five (5) years of experience in school construction proposal coordination.
