Job Description

Marketing & Communications Coordinator The Marketing & Communications Coordinator executes the marketing and communications initiatives in support of fundraising, community engagement, volunteer recruitment, and organizational awareness. Reporting to the Development Manager, this position produces high-quality digital, print, video, social media, email, website, and event marketing materials that strengthen the organization's brand and support strategic fundraising and engagement goals while maintaining Global brand standards. Areas of Responsibility Fundraising Communications Execute fundraising campaigns supporting annual giving, recurring giving, donor stewardship, corporate partnerships, fundraising events, and development initiatives Produce email campaigns, digital content, print collateral, presentations, donor materials, and campaign assets Coordinate campaign production schedules and assist with reporting and analytics Digital Marketing & Social Media Maintain social media calendar and publish content Capture and edit photo and video content Produce e-newsletters and email communications Maintain website content and monitor engagement Brand & Creative Services Design digital and print collateral including brochures, signage, presentations, reports, advertisements, and promotional materials Maintain consistency with Global brand standards Manage branded collateral and marketing assets Event Marketing Produce marketing collateral for fundraising and third-party events Design registration pages, signage, presentations, and promotional materials Coordinate event photography, videography, and post-event content Storytelling & Content Development Develop compelling stories through interviews, photography, video, and written content Maintain an organized library of creative assets Organizational Support Collaborate across departments to execute marketing requests Represent organization professionally and support organization-wide initiatives as needed Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, Public Relations, or equivalent experience 2-4 years of marketing or communications experience Experience producing social media, email, web, print, and digital content Proficiency with Canva and/or Adobe Creative Suite Experience with Constant Contact (or similar) and social media platforms Strong writing, editing, photography, video editing, organization, and project management skills Preferred Qualifications Experience in nonprofit marketing or fundraising communications Experience with WordPress, Raiser's Edge NXT, peer-to-peer fundraising platforms, and basic analytics Experience photographing and filming events and mission storytelling All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, national origin, age, ancestry, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, gender expression, marital status, disability, medical condition, genetic information, pregnancy, or military or veteran status.
