Marketing and Professional Relations Coordinator About Us:

Green Street Oral Surgery is a de novo oral and maxillofacial surgery practice dedicated to providing exceptional patient care in a comfortable and state-of-the-art environment. Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and personable Marketing and Professional Relations Coordinator to join our team. This role is responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with referring offices, managing marketing initiatives, and supporting practice growth through community outreach and strategic partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain relationships with referring offices and partners Coordinate and execute marketing campaigns and outreach efforts Visit dental offices to promote services and strengthen partnerships Track referral trends and identify growth opportunities Assist with social media content and online presence Organize and attend community events and networking opportunities Collaborate with the internal team to support practice goals.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in marketing, sales, or customer relations preferred Dental experience is a plus Strong communication and interpersonal skills Highly organized with attention to detail Self-motivated and able to work independently Proficient in Microsoft Office and social media platforms
