Operating within the divisional umbrella of Holistic Health and Wellness—which comprehensively comprises five vital campus departments: Student Health Services (SHS), Counseling and Psychological Services (CAPS), SWIFT Crisis Mobile Response, Case Management, and The Well—the incumbent will ensure a cohesive and unified communication strategy across all wellness units. This is a two-year contract position. Under the direct supervision of the Assistant Director, Administrative Operations, the Coordinator will gain exposure to fundamental marketing concepts while actively supporting the stabilization period of our EPIC electronic health record system implementation. A primary focus will be ensuring all student-facing materials and digital footprints—including website development with a strict adherence to accessibility standards - are viewed and optimized through an empathetic student-patient/client lens. Additionally, the incumbent will play a hands-on role in designing and launching pilot program initiatives to expand the collective footprint of Holistic Health and Wellness across the UCR campus. Candidates may be required to submit a portfolio of work samples, such as writing, social media campaigns, presentation materials, promotional materials, and/or event plans, as part of the interview process. The full salary range for the Holistic Health & Wellness Marketing Coordinator is $53,100 - $89,700 annually. However, the expected pay scale for this position is up to $60,000 annually. We base salary offers on a variety of considerations, such as education, licensure and certifications, experience, and other business and organizational needs. Applicants must have current work authorization when accepting a UCR staff position. Currently, we are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment Visa for staff. As a University employee, you will be required to comply with all applicable University policies and/or collective bargaining agreements, as may be amended from time to time. Federal, state, or local government directives may impose additional requirements.
