Retail / Publishing About the Role Our client is seeking a Japanese-English bilingual Marketing Sales Assistant to support sales operations, customer relations, digital marketing, and online sales activities. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable handling multiple responsibilities in a team-oriented environment. Key Responsibilities Support existing customers and develop new business opportunities Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email Process orders, invoices, shipments, and inventory updates Maintain customer and product databases Assist with email marketing campaigns and online store operations Participate in trade shows, events, and promotional activities Support administrative tasks and cross-functional projects Qualifications Business-level Japanese and English required Previous experience in sales support, customer service, retail, or administrative support preferred Strong communication and organizational skills Microsoft Office proficiency, especially Excel Ability to multitask and work independently Nice to Have Digital marketing or e-commerce experience Publishing, bookstore, or retail industry background Inventory or warehouse coordination experience Physical Requirements Ability to occasionally lift up to 60 lbs Comfortable handling shipments and inventory-related tasks If you are interested, please apply with your resume.
