You do not need prior home improvement or sales experience. We provide intensive paid training, real coaching from leaders who still do this work themselves, and the structure you need to win. What You'll Do Represent Rise Renovation directly to homeowners across the Denver metro area and surrounding territories Schedule in-home appointments for our senior sales representatives to provide free estimates Represent Rise at home shows, retail partnerships, and community events Deliver brief presentations on our energy-efficient products, including windows, roofing, siding, doors, insulation, and solar Participate in weekly sales training, coaching camps, and ongoing skill development This is a high-energy, high-reward role where every conversation is an opportunity and your income reflects exactly how hard you work.
