starts at $19.50/hr + performance bonuses Job Summary K&H Home Solutions is hiring part-time Event Representatives to represent our brand at home shows and local street fairs and events. This role is ideal for confident communicators who enjoy talking with homeowners, qualifying interest, and setting quality appointments. Pay & Incentives $19.50/hour base pay Weekly performance bonuses based on completed demos Additional spiffs during select events Strong performers regularly earn $25-$35+/hour. Paid training provided. Responsibilities Engage homeowners in professional, friendly conversations Ask qualifying questions and identify project interest Set appointments for in-home consultations Represent the K&H brand with professionalism at events Qualifications Comfortable speaking with new people Reliable weekend availability Customer-facing, event, or appointment-setting experience preferred Prior home improvement or lead generation experience is a plus, not required Schedule Typically 8-10 hours per week Mostly weekends, occasional weekdays Transparent pay structure Clear performance expectations Supportive team environment K&H Home Solutions is a locally owned, family-operated home improvement company that has served Colorado homeowners for over 70 years.
