We are seeking an enthusiastic and reliable Event Support Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be patient, easy-going, and hardworking, with a passion for delivering top-notch support in the fast-paced event industry. This role involves collaborating with various vendors and clients to ensure seamless event execution and success.Key Responsibilities:
- Provide on-site support for events, assisting with setup, breakdown, and logistics coordination.
- Collaborate with event decor, floral, lighting, audio, and drape companies to ensure their needs are met.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with client teams, treating each member with respect and professionalism.
- Assist in the execution of event design and decor elements to meet client specifications.
- Ensure that all equipment and materials are in optimal condition and ready for use.
- Maintain a positive attitude while working long hours, especially during weekends and peak event times.
- Address any issues that may arise during events promptly and effectively.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas to improve processes and client satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in event support, production, or related fields is preferred.
- Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving ability.
- Flexibility to work varied hours, including evenings and weekends.
- Ability to handle physical demands, including lifting and moving equipment.
- A positive attitude and a commitment to providing outstanding service.
