Part-Time Event Brand Ambassador / Pop-Up Booth Staff B Fresh Gear B Fresh Gear is looking for 1-3 outgoing, reliable, and hardworking individuals to join our event team in Colorado. This is a great opportunity for university students, side-hustlers, entrepreneurs, or anyone who enjoys events, people, sales, and fast-paced environments. We attend some of the best breweries, festivals, markets, expos, and pop-up events throughout Colorado. If you enjoy meeting people, working events, and being part of a growing brand, this could be a strong fit. Position Overview You will assist with: Loading and unloading event inventory and booth equipment. Setting up and breaking down pop-up booths. Running the register and handling customer transactions. Engaging customers and helping drive sales. Representing the B Fresh Gear brand professionally. Maintaining booth organization and inventory awareness. Attending one remote team meeting per week (approximately 1 hour).

Team members are expected to:

Arrive 1 hour before events for setup. Stay approximately 1 hour after events for breakdown. Help return the van/inventory to the warehouse after events when required. Pay $20/hour. Employee brand discounts and incentives. Opportunity for additional hours based on performance and availability.

Typical shifts range from:

8-16 hours per week. Additional event opportunities may become available for high-performing team members. What We're Looking For Charismatic and personable. Comfortable talking to customers. Sales-minded with strong customer service skills. Reliable transportation. Ability to lift and move event equipment/inventory. Comfortable working weekends Ability to clock in/out using a mobile phone. Strong communication and accountability. Interest in entrepreneurship, sales, branding, or business ownership is a major plus. This role is ideal for someone who: Wants hands-on experience with a growing apparel/lifestyle brand. Enjoys events and social environments. Is motivated, dependable, and eager to grow. Likes making money and working in energetic environments. Important We operate as a team and reliability matters.
