Overview About the Role As our Member Experience Associate, you'll be the first person members and guests see when they walk through the door. You'll help create a welcoming atmosphere while keeping daily operations running smoothly. This role goes beyond the front desk. You'll learn how a modern golf business operates, from memberships and retail to marketing and customer experience. During our first year we'll work with an outside marketing agency, but you'll gradually learn how to run Facebook and Instagram ads, create content, and promote memberships, leagues, and events. About The Golf Workshop The Golf Workshop is a modern indoor golf training facility built around TrackMan technology, premium instruction, and an exceptional member experience. Experience Required Qualifications Passion for golf Friendly, positive attitude Excellent customer service skills Dependable and organized Comfortable learning new technology Retail, hospitality, or golf experience is helpful but not required Essential Responsibilities Responsibilities Welcome members and guests and provide an exceptional customer experience. Manage check-ins, simulator reservations, and general customer support. Answer questions about memberships, lessons, club fittings, and facility services. Open and close the facility. Keep simulator bays and common areas clean, organized, and customer-ready. Assist with merchandise displays, inventory, and apparel sales. Support membership sales and renewals.
