Marketing Coordinator Concrete CEO Fort Collins, CO Job Details Full-time $50,000 - $70,000 a year 1 day ago Benefits Paid time off Qualifications Attention to detail Full Job Description About ConcreteCEO Based in Fort Collins, Colorado, ConcreteCEO is a marketing and consulting company focused on helping concrete contractors and construction businesses grow. We work with clients across the United States on: brand positioning lead generation content marketing business development consulting What makes us different is that we also own and operate our own concrete construction company, Cesar's Concrete. We're not just marketers looking in from the outside — we understand the industry because we're actively in it every day. Our marketing is heavily content-driven, founder-led, and fast-moving. We care about practical execution, strong systems, and building brands that actually generate business. About the Role We're looking for a highly organized, marketer to help run the day-to-day marketing execution for ConcreteCEO and Cesar's Concrete. In this position you will not be a "cog in the machine". You'll work directly with the founder, help turn ideas into published content, coordinate creative projects, and keep the marketing machine moving. This role is ideal for someone early in their career who wants real responsibility, enjoys a dynamic environment, and is excited to grow alongside a small, ambitious business. You'll get hands-on experience across: content creation social media project management creator workflows brand building marketing systems You'll also have opportunities to: think creatively improve processes introduce new tools and systems help shape how our marketing operation grows over time Every day looks a little different, so the right person for this role is someone who enjoys variety, takes initiative, and thrives in a quick-paced environment where each day brings new opportunities and challenges. Mission Own the day-to-day execution of marketing for ConcreteCEO and Cesar's Concrete so ideas consistently turn into published, on-brand content without things slipping through the cracks. What Success Looks Like Consistent Social Media Output You work with our internal team of editors to coordinate the following posts. Ensuring quality in editing, and adhering the brand vision. Cesar's Concrete 2-3 quality posts per week on Facebook + Instagram ConcreteCEO (Tyler's Personal Brand) 1-2 short-form posts per day across Facebook, Instagram, YouTube Shorts, and TikTok 1 long-form YouTube video published weekly and repurposed into clips 95% of posts published on schedule Smooth Content Pipeline Tyler's recordings turned into edited short-form content within 7 days Content is organized, labeled, and easy to find No bottlenecks, missing files, or unclear ownership Editors & Creative Vendors Managed Well Editors and freelancers have clear briefs, deadlines, and feedback Projects move forward without constant follow-up Deliverables are on time and match expectations Key Responsibilities Content & Social Build and maintain content calendars for both brands Turn Tyler's recordings and ideas into clear content briefs for editors Write captions, hooks, titles, and simple CTAs Schedule and publish content across platforms Gather photos, reviews, and stories from Cesar's team for local content Help monitor comments and DMs and route leads where needed Project Management & Coordination Own the marketing task board and keep projects moving Coordinate with editors, freelancers, and contractors Follow up on blockers and deadlines Run a short weekly marketing check-in with notes and action items Marketing Admin & Systems Upload and organize content using clear naming conventions and folders Update website or landing page content from templates (non-dev) Build and send simple email newsletters from outlines Help maintain tracking links, forms, and lead tags Reporting & Improvement Pull weekly platform analytics Track basic lead and booked-call metrics from content Identify what's working and suggest simple improvements: hooks formats posting times content angles What We're Looking For Strong organization and follow-through Comfortable juggling multiple projects and deadlines Clear written communication Comfortable learning new tools and systems quickly Detail-oriented without getting stuck in perfectionism Self-starter who moves things forward without waiting to be told every step Familiarity with social media platforms like Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Facebook Experience through internships, freelance work, creator work, campus organizations, or early-career marketing roles is a plus — but not required. (Desirable; not required) Photography and videography experience in a business production setting.
