MKTG COORDINATOR
Job DescriptionGENERAL SUMMARY
Supports the day-to-day execution of marketing projects across the organization, helping bring campaigns, materials, and events to life. This role works closely with internal teams, designers, vendors, and partners to coordinate projects, track progress, and ensure timely delivery. Responsibilities include managing marketing requests, assisting with content creation, supporting email and social media efforts, coordinating events and promotions, and maintaining organized project tracking and reporting.RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES
Coordinate and manage marketing designs, requests and in-branch materials from start to finish, including copywriting, design collaboration, approvals, and final delivery Serve as a liaison between internal teams, designers, compliance, and vendors to ensure projects are completed accurately and on time Proof and quality-check marketing materials across print, digital, email, and in-branch channels Track and manage projects using internal systems, ensuring all deadlines, approvals, and details are documented Assist with email marketing campaigns. Assist with maintaining and updating website content. Coordinate and schedule social media content, including employee features and campaign-related posts Assist in planning and executing events, promotions, and sponsorships, including logistics, vendor coordination, and communications This position is based in a physical office and requires regular, dependable attendance Performs other duties as assigned by supervisor.KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES
Familiarity with marketing principles, channels, and best practices (social, digital, email, and print). Experience with or working knowledge of design tools (such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar) preferred. Video skills a plus. General understanding of banking products, services, and operations is helpful, but not required. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects at once. Proficient to advanced in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel), especially Excel, with the ability to manage data, manage trackers, and stay highly organized. Clear written and verbal communication skills. Ability to manage timelines, prioritize tasks, and keep projects moving forward.Problem-solving mindset with the ability to adapt and find solutions as needs change. Team-oriented with a willingness to collaborate across departments. Ability to meet deadlines and stay organized in a fast-paced environment. Willingness to travel occasionally, as needed.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred, but not required. 2-5 years of experience in marketing, communications, or a related role preferred (internships and relevant coursework count!). Experience with or exposure to content creation, copywriting, or campaign coordination. Familiarity with social media platforms and basic content planning. Experience with design tools (such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar) preferred. Comfortable working with Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel; experience using project or content management systems is a plus.PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS/WORK CONDITIONS
NOTE:

Occasional weekends and/or events. Benefits We offer fair and competitive compensation as well as bonus based on an employee's years of service and possible discretionary merit bonuses. Employees also have the opportunity to participate in the Bank incentive programs based on charter/branch guidelines. Other Full-Time benefits include: 8 paid holidays.- 17 PTO days each year for the first five years of employment. Employees must also complete the 90-day introductory period prior to accruing PTO.
- After five years, 22 PTO days each year.
- After ten years, 27 PTO days each year.
- Employees must also complete the 90-day introductory period prior to accruing PTO.
- New employees will receive 16 hours of paid sick time upon their hire date.
- Health, dental, prescription drug card, vision, and voluntary life insurance plans.
- Paid holidays and paid time off benefits are not applicable for employees that are fully commissioned.
